MyReviewPulse, operated by KDigital LLC, sends SMS text messages on behalf of local businesses to their customers who have provided consent. This page describes the terms governing SMS communications sent through our platform.
What Messages You Will Receive
If you receive an SMS from a business using MyReviewPulse, it is a one-time review request message. The message will include the business name, a thank-you for your recent service, and a link to leave a review on a platform like Google. You will not receive recurring marketing messages, promotional offers, or ongoing text campaigns through MyReviewPulse.
Consent
MyReviewPulse requires that businesses obtain express consent from their customers before sending any SMS messages through our platform. Consent is typically collected at the point of service — for example, when a customer provides their phone number to the business during check-in, checkout, or service completion.
By providing your phone number to a business that uses MyReviewPulse, you consent to receive a one-time SMS review request from that business via our platform. Consent is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from the business.
Message Frequency
You will receive a maximum of one (1) SMS message per service interaction. MyReviewPulse does not send recurring or automated follow-up messages to the same recipient for the same service.
Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MyReviewPulse is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any message
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages from MyReviewPulse at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number from our platform.
You can also contact us directly at support@myreviewpulse.com to request that your number be added to our do-not-contact list.

Supported Carriers
SMS messages are supported on all major US carriers including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their subsidiaries. Carrier support may vary.
Privacy
Your phone number and personal information are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with Twilio, Inc., our SMS delivery provider, for the sole purpose of delivering messages.
