MyReviewPulse (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a review request automation platform operated by KDigital LLC. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information when you use our website at myreviewpulse.com and our services (collectively, the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address, password, business name, and business vertical/industry.
Customer Data:When you use our Service to send review requests, you provide us with your customers' names, phone numbers, and/or email addresses. You are responsible for ensuring you have proper consent to share this information with us.
Usage Data: We automatically collect information about how you use the Service, including pages visited, features used, review requests sent, and analytics data.
Payment Information: When you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number. We receive your Stripe customer ID, plan details, and invoice history.
Device & Log Data: We collect IP addresses, browser type, operating system, and referring URLs for security and analytics purposes.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
- Send review request messages (SMS and email) on your behalf to your customers
- Process payments and manage subscriptions
- Send you account-related communications (welcome emails, password resets, billing notifications)
- Monitor usage to enforce plan limits
- Analyze usage patterns to improve the Service
- Comply with legal obligations
- Protect against fraud and abuse
4. How We Share Your Information

5. Data Retention
We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Customer data (names, phone numbers, emails) is retained for the duration of your account plus 30 days after deletion. You may request deletion of specific customer records at any time through the Service or by contacting us. Payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws.

You may access and update your account information through the Settings page. You may delete your account by contacting us at support@myreviewpulse.com. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.
7. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your login session and remember your preferences (such as dark/light theme). We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Security
We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/SSL), encrypted data at rest, row-level security policies on our database, and secure authentication via Supabase Auth. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
